Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Rajwada, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer Exchange or Store Credit only under the terms below. Refunds are not applicable on any order.


ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange can be requested only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Size issue

  • Manufacturing defect (verified by our QC team)


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products

  • Products without original tags or brand labels

  • Products with perfume smell, stains, misuse, or visible wear

  • Products returned without unboxing video proof

  • Accessories (jewellery, belts, dupattas sold separately, etc.)


EXCHANGE REQUEST WINDOW

You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.


📌 MANDATORY CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

To ensure fairness and avoid return fraud, the following conditions apply:

1. Unboxing Video Is Compulsory

The video must clearly show:

  • Opening the outer courier packet

  • Product being taken out fully

  • Tags and condition clearly visible

Requests without unboxing video will be rejected.

2. Product Must Match Original Condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • Item must be unused & unwashed

  • No stains, perfume smell, or damage

3. Product Must Match the One We Sent

If the returned item does not match the dispatched product,
the exchange/store credit will be immediately rejected.

4. No Refund Policy

Refunds (including COD refunds) are not applicable.
We only provide:
✔ Exchange
✔ Store Credit (valid for 6 months)


🔄 EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Email us at houseofrajwada@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Issue description

    • Unboxing video

    • Product images

  2. After approval, ship the item back to us at the provided address.

  3. Once the product passes our Quality Check (QC), we will process:
    Exchange
    or
    Store Credit (usable on any future order)

  4. Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.


🔐 ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

To protect our small business, we strictly follow QC.

Exchange/Store Credit will be rejected if:

  • Product is swapped with a different item

  • Product is damaged, used, washed, or altered

  • Tags are removed

  • No unboxing video is provided

In such cases, the same product will be shipped back to the customer.
